 Welcome to Gao Shan Yuan In the afternoons, Tuesday through Friday, 1:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m., Lao Wai becomes a tea house under the name Gao Shan Yuan, serving homemade dim sum dishes and teas. Lu Wei Dou Gan Pressed tofu is braised in stock, soy sauce, and spices, and is served with spring onions and sesame oil. 30:– 6.
